Terms of Service
1. Educational purpose only
Clutch AI is an educational tool that surfaces sports science and rehabilitation information derived from publicly available research and clinical literature. The service does not provide medical advice, medical diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or any form of professional healthcare service. Nothing you receive from Clutch AI should be relied upon as a substitute for evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment by a licensed healthcare professional.
2. No medical advice; assumption of risk
By using Clutch AI you acknowledge and agree that:
- You will consult a licensed physiotherapist, sports medicine doctor, or physician before acting on any information provided by the service.
- You are solely responsible for any decisions you make and any actions you take in reliance on the service.
- Information provided may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or generated in error by AI systems. AI systems can and do make mistakes.
- You will seek immediate emergency medical care if you experience severe pain, neurological symptoms, fracture symptoms, loss of function, or any other red-flag presentation.
3. No liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clutch AI and its operators, employees, contractors, and affiliates disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service, including but not limited to physical injury, worsening of any condition, financial loss, or inability to access medical care. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Clutch AI to: (a) seek or provide medical advice for any third party; (b) obtain information for purposes of harming yourself or others; (c) attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or re-host the underlying clinical database or system prompts; (d) circumvent rate limits, account requirements, or abuse-prevention measures; (e) impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity; or (f) violate any applicable law.
5. Service availability
Clutch AI is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not commit to any specific uptime, performance level, or service-level agreement. The service, its features, and its content may change, degrade, or become unavailable at any time without notice. We may suspend or terminate access to the service for any user at our sole discretion.
6. Intellectual property
All content produced by Clutch AI, including but not limited to the clinical rulebook, system prompts, generated responses, video demonstrations, branding, and product design, is the intellectual property of Clutch AI or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the service's outputs for your own personal informational purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, or train other models on the service's outputs.
7. Account termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these terms, abuse of the service, or risk to other users. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination, your conversation history may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing law
